I have been feeling the serious need to discuss privacy and the boudoir photography experience.

 

Here is the thing, the photos are by default PRIVATE. In no way are the photos meant to go anywhere except between you, me, and whoever you choose to share the photos with.

 

These are your images, they are an expression of who YOU are. They are meant to be an intimate portrait experience. If you see any photos on my website, Instagram, blog, whatever, it’s because the women you are seeing have chosen to share their images as a part of their journey.

 

I just really wanted to share that with you. Over the years I have done boudoir photography it can be hard to know that some of my best work no one ever sees. But you know what? That is part of what I love about it. It’s intimate, it’s true, and it’s honest. I’m honored to take the photos that only a couple see, and I am honored to take the photos that I am allowed to post.

 

All of it holds a dear place in my heart, and I appreciate all of it.
