My top three tips to prep for the day of your boudoir shoot ✨
1. Stretch! Moving your body prior to your shoot, even for 5 mins, is an awesome way to get into the vibe of your session. Part of the session is about getting comfy in your body, getting the blood pumping by moving is the perfect way to get you primed for all the gorgeous poses you will rock.
2. Eat! Not eating prior to your shoot or the day of your shoot will NOT make you look thinner in your photos. You need the energy in order to fully enjoy the experience. You can trust me that I am only going to put you in the most flattering poses that accentuate your beautiful body!
3. Breathe! I know so many thoughts and feelings are a part of going into your session (I feel them too whenever I have my own boudoir shoot). The best way to quiet my mind and put my best foot forward is to remember to take a breath. The studio and shoot is a safe space. Taking that pause helps remind you that you are having a shoot as a form of self-care AND fun.
