
Can you take a pause right now? Take a deep breath in through your nose, out through your mouth. Relax your shoulders and unclench your jaw.
When you look at yourself in the mirror next, I want you to try something different.
I want you to say to yourself, “You are enough.”
I want you to take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come. Think of everything you’ve overcome, everything you’ve healed from, and how strong you are in ways you might not even see yet.
But most of all, I want you to write this down somewhere — a note in your phone, a journal, wherever you need to see it. Write it as a love letter to yourself:
🌸 “I am worthy of love, just as I am.”
🌸 “I am proud of myself for all I’ve overcome.”
🌸“I choose to be gentle with myself today.”
And if you’re feeling a little lost, here are some journal prompts to help guide you:
✨ What’s something about my body that I’ve learned to love?
✨ When was the last time I celebrated a small victory?
✨ What is a belief I’m unlearning, and what new belief am I creating in its place?
✨How can I show myself compassion today, even if it’s just in one small way?
Take a few moments to answer these. There’s no rush. And know that you’re worthy of every ounce of self-love you give.
Because you are a one-of-a-kind-cosmic-creation, you are worthy, and you deserve to feel that every single day.
